Recruit Graduate Students
On Friday, October 23rd, the UConn School of Business Graduate Career Development Office held its second annual Graduate Career Fair at the Marriott Downtown, Hartford.
We welcomed 50 recruiters and business leaders from 21 companies, who met with students from all of our graduate programs.
More about the Fair...
The energy level was high for the entire 4 hours of the career fair, with students actively engaging in lively discussions and productive networking with company representatives. Our students gained invaluable insights into the workings of market leaders and were well prepared to talk about internships and full time opportunities.
Close to 500 students attended, with many experiencing a career fair for the first time. We received positive feedback from both our students and our corporate partners and one of the companies even scheduled follow-up interviews for the very next day, at our Hartford Campus.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our corporate partners for their contribution in making this event such as successful one. We remain committed to helping you find meaningful ways of engaging our students and encourage you to reach out to us when looking to recruit talented graduate students for your organizational needs.

Host an Information Session
We welcome you to visit our campus to share information about your organization as well as get to know our graduate students from any of our graduate programs listed below. It is recommended to host a session in the fall prior to the interviewing season; however, information sessions can be held throughout the year based on an organization’s needs. Our office can also help you select an approved caterer if you need one.
Meet graduate students from the following programs:
- MS in Business Analytics and Project Management
- MS in Financial Risk Management
- MS in Human Resource Management
Post a Position
Employers have the opportunity to list full-time, internship or cooperative education positions via our web based recruiting system known as HuskyCareerLink. Opportunities posted electronically by employers are viewed by UConn students and alumni, who then apply for the positions through the system. Resumes and other supporting documents are sent to the employer via email as they are submitted.
Interview On Campus
We can offer private interview rooms for employers who prefer to conduct interviews on campus.
Note: As we are located in Hartford, you will need to contact our office to reserve interview rooms before setting up interview schedules on HuskyCareerLink.
Unique Ways to Engage
